Phil & Alicia Sadaka
Lead Pastors
Phil & Alicia are the founding pastors of New Hope Church. Prior to establishing New Hope, they served faithfully as Associate and Student Pastors in the Metro East of St Louis, the Central Valley of California, and on the Southside of Indianapolis. Phil is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University, while Alicia graduated from the University of Illinois in Springfield.
Pastor Phil is a passionate speaker with a huge desire to see people who have been far from God find the hope of Jesus Christ.
Phil & Alicia have a small tribe of 4 children, Abby (16), Cole (15), Tanner (11) and Emery (5). They love to spend time together outside and at sporting events. The Sadakas are also huge St Louis Cardinal and Dallas Cowboy fans.

Zach Krause
Associate & Children's Pastor
Zach and Jodi have been serving in Family Ministry together for 14+ years with ministry stops in Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois. Both Zach and Jodi are graduates of North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Zach loves all things nerdy! If you want to discuss superheroes, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars or Star Trek, Zach is your man! He also loves coffee and sports, mainly following football and baseball.
Zach and Jodi have 4 children, Ellie, Carson, Audrey, and Clara, and 1 cat, Lorelai. The Krause’s love to play strategy games, be outside and watch movies together.

Payton Towers
Youth Pastor
Payton and his wife Kierstyn grew up in Urbandale, Iowa where they spent most of their time hanging out with friends and family. Payton graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Youth Ministry. He also spent his freshman year of college living in Thailand with missionaries (you should ask him about it). Kierstyn is a graduate of Iowa State University. Payton joined the New Hope team in May of 2020 and loves to see students passionately pursuing God.
Payton has many hobbies, including: hunting, watching movies, video games, exploring, listening to music, watching college football, telling stories, anything that releases adrenaline, etc.

Tanner Faries
Assistant Music Director
Tanner Faries and his wife Brittany and three kids Dayne, Jude & Noah have been attending New Hope Church for 6 years. He started playing with the worship team about 2 months after he began attending. He spends his time playing guitar, having game nights with friends, and spending time with family. He is also a full-time commercial electrician.
