Why This Church Was Planted
How it all started...
In May of 2004, Pastor Phil felt impressed by God to one-day plant a life-giving church that would bring the hope of Jesus Christ to an entire city in need. After several years of faithfully serving as pastors and many months of prayer and fasting, in January of 2015 the Sadakas resigned their ministry positions, sold their home and transferred their kids to a new school to follow this call and God-given dream.
Through the process, Pastor Phil and Alicia have received training from ARC (Association of Related Churches), CMN (Church Multiplication Network) and also the Thrive Church Network to prepare for this vision.
On October 4, 2015, along with a great team of about 35 people, New Hope Church officially began. We believe God’s desire is to do something great in this area that brings hope, life, and healing. We also believe the best is yet to come as New Hope Church is just beginning.

Where we are headed...
We've seen much growth since the launch of New Hope over three years ago, but our vision, mission and culture will never change. The core of who we are and what we do will always be centered around prayer, being spirit-empowered and Bible focused. Our purpose is to be a life-giving church that brings hope to our community!
